We offer maintenance contracts or repairs as required, plus full technical support from our in-house or field based team. All our Service Contracts have the following key benefits:

We have two main categories of service contract cover:
Preventative Service Contract
Scheduled routine visits plus one call-out
Full Service Contract
Provides for routine visits plus call-outs (unlimited)
The supply of all spare parts with the exception of those mentioned in the terms and conditions (available on request)
For customers not on contract we offer fixed price repairs for instruments returned to our in-house workshop or field repair chargeable at our standard parts and labour rates.
